Course Description: This session will review regulatory requirements and best practices for completing legally sound documentation that supports the facility met the standard of care. Through lecture and mock deposition analysis we will identify critical legal and AHIMA documentation principles to apply in your daily practical operations to promote resident well-being and minimize potential risks.
