This one day session will over what you need to know to Implement Phase 2 Requirements of Participation effective November 28, 2017 in advance of your annual survey. Strategies for achieving and maintaining compliance by Incorporating the new standards Into existing continuous quality Improvement (CQI) programs will be discussed. Self-assessment for analysis of policies and procedures, current facility practices implementation of the new requirements will be emphasized.
For each requirement discussed, assessment recommendations, intervention strategies and interpretive guidance will be examined.
